This is an absolutely ill song by Illogic, which was cut from Diabolical Fun. It is produced by Ill Poetic, and features a pretty dark theme. Scope it.
The One Shot Series is a presentation by NahRight.com and Restless Films where they apparently film a music video in one shot. And this installment is dope. Change is a track from Sha Stimuli’s “My Soul To Keep.”
New track from Lil Wayne, featuring Marshall Mathers. Personally I think Em pulled another Renegade on this track, absolutely slaughtering Lil Wayne’s verse on his own shit. Dope track all around though, dig it.
AMAZING Live performance from Raekwon. Rae was awarded Album of the Year from numerous sources. This performance appeared on Jimmy Fallon last night, December 16th, 2009. The Chef will be LIVE in Calgary in February so keep your eyes open for tickets!
In lieu of the announcement of Megaman 10 for Wii, Xbox 360 and PS3, here is some music from a sick artist that goes by the name Mega-Ran (also Big Ran, Random, Random Beats). Check it out, I’ll work on getting some of his music up for download.
“If rocking with legends like Arrested Development, Kid Koala and Mutabaruka wasn’t enough, 6000 Calgarians putting their “2′s” up in the air and getting down to “Mount Pleasant” definitely made this moment a career highlight.”
If any Calgarians out there aren’t listening to these guys yet, get your head in the game!
These are not ‘pop’ songs. These are not video singles. These are not Top 10 hits.
This is the heart and soul of why I do what I do when I do it. This is a personal offering. It’s my huge THANK YOU to all of the people who have supported the Eternia & MoSS: “ROAD TO RELEASE” video episodes online over the last 6 months. I hand-picked these songs from the past decade, b/c I felt they are overlooked, they are the most personal to my life, and they reveal my growth as an artist.
To those that this mix was made for: ENJOY.
humbly,
e.

Calgary local artist Geeze ripping it up on this track. Geeze is an up-and-comer so keep your ears close to the ground if you want to hear more of this kid. This show was at The Gallery on 17th avenue. Props to Geeze for shouting out my shit, “I miss chillin in Hook’s Underground Basement!”
Check it out.
